Mandatory training

Important training to complete in your first few weeks

There is an expectation on all members of staff to engage in training and development as part of their employment at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳app. This is to help support staff in their role, to meet legal requirements and to shape the culture of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳app.

Mandatory training courses for all staff can be found on our system.

LEARN is our internal virtual learning environment (VLE) that you can access using the username and password given to you on your first day. If you wish to take any mandatory training before you start, your line manager can arrange for you to have access to the system before you arrive, but it is not essential.

You will need to complete your °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳app mandatory training during the early stages of employment. Your line manager will inform you of any role specific mandatory training that you are required to complete.
