HB1840/SB1556 denies services to those most in need, targets the counseling profession, and is a violation of 91�ε�’s Code of Ethics. In light of its passage, 91�ε� members vocalized their opinions about the location of the conference, and after much discussion and consideration, it was determined that it would not be held in Tennessee.

The 91�ε� leadership team received 13 bids from cities across the country and determined that San Francisco was the best option. The 2017 Conference & Expo will take place March 16-19, 2017 at the Moscone West Convention Center. (Pre-conference Learning Institutes: March 15-16).

“This is a historic time for 91�ε� as we have never had to make a decision like this before. We believe that San Francisco will be an enjoyable and active city for our conference,” says Richard Yep, CEO of 91�ε�. “This change signals that we are committed to serving our diverse members and helping them provide the support their clients need.”
